Boston, MA, USA / 160,000 SF / $1.3 Million
Converse Corporation's headquarters is a fitting tribute to saving a historically significant building. Originally built as a submarine signal building, the facility eventually became a factory for Schrafft’s Candy, and later a modern office facility for the Converse Corporation (Nike). The nearly 200,000 square foot facility was completely gutted and remodeled over a nearly three year period. HDTV video distribution, conference room scheduling, and high end presentation rooms were all included in this redevelopment effort.
